Tom Spross

 My name is Tom Spross and I love to travel the southwest US, the West Coast, and the Rocky Mountain region of this great country. I strive to capture special times, places, and feelings in my images.

 This world presents endless possibilities to stimulate and reward those who appreciate both natural and man-made beauty. The click of a camera shutter is just one part of a process. Machines have no bias, and no sense of composition. The photographer must impose his sense of wonder and art even before that 'click'. And certainly after. I feel fortunate to be able to explore the expanding creative possibilities that digital photography presents. And now I am very excited about two print media that further enhance the creative presentation - canvas and infused aluminum.

 My work has been featured in Alibi, Local IQ, Abq Arts, New Mexico Magazine, Albuquerque Journal, and Albuquerque THE Magazine.  I am currently Vice-president of the Corrales Society of Artists.
