Pli Selon Pli is one of my favorite classical music pieces. Written by the French composer Pierre Boulez and released in 1962, the title means "Fold by fold" in French and the seemingly endless unfolding of mountains and ridges in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park perfectly captured the feeling of that musical composition.
